Heather Fitzgerald

Starting business as customers, turning those customers into friends, and maintaining long-term relationships is of vital importance to Heather as she goes about her day. With a bachelor’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management, Heather started her banking career in 1992 as a teller, working her way to Vice President, Community Lender. Heather has a wide span of knowledge in banking, specializing in secondary market and portfolio mortgage lending and small business lending, including SBA 504 financing, BSA, compliance and more.

Staying involved in the community of Ely is one way that Heather chooses to stay connected to her customers and expand relationships to reach far beyond banking. Holding multiple positions on boards throughout Ely has allowed Heather to do just that. She is a current member of the Rotary Club of Ely and serves on the boards of Northwoods Partners and Ely Area Community Foundation.

Outside of work, Heather loves living at the end of the road, spending time with her husband, family and friends on the lake, traveling, camping and hiking.
